Overall experience was nice. Everything was clean, I enjoyed the location and people. Set in a nice quiet area so close to museums and eating places and London. My request for extra bed was easily fulfilled.

A brilliant and decent apartment. Extremely helpful staff, I loved their attitude. The beds were lovely, modern furniture, and the rooms were airy. Private bathroom was good size. Got an adequate breakfast, the food was excellent!
